Black Rose has my favorite guitarist ever on it (Mr. Learn 'Chinatown' faster with Songsterr Plus plan Track: Guitar 1 - Overdriven Guitar. That being said, at the time I thought it was an improvement over Black Rose. Something about the production style/recording, sounded (& still sounds) very raw to my ears (hard to explain). I like Chinatown but remember at the time that I felt it had a very different "sound" to what I felt was classic Lizzy (Fighting through Black Rose). Their many two guitarist bands but melody interplay simultaneously rarely (there are a few) is utilized in the manner that was the band.
